Tracking Pro # (You will be called directly to set up a delivery appointment) ETA To Destination Terminal Please Note Patriot Safe typically ships upon processed sales orders within 24 to 48 hours of processing. Once the safe has shipped you will be contacted by Liz Primrose the Shipping Manager via email or telephone with shipping information. The shipment takes about 5-7 business days to arrive at the destination terminal. If they are delivering to your residence the delivering terminal will call prior to delivery and make an appointment with you... if it's coming to your business look for delivery in 5-7 business days during normal business hours Monday through Friday and if you’re picking up your freight at the local dock the terminal will contact you when your freight is available for pickup... Please be aware that if the safe is damaged upon visual inspection of Carton i.e. holes, rips, or tearing of (please do not open) please document damage to carton on delivery receipt and contact our office immediately @ 877-733-6335 before signing and receiving freight, You do have the option to refuse the freight and we will send out a replacement safe immediately To track your shipments please contact Liz Primrose with any shipping questions or concerns.
