Dear Alice, Patriot Safe Company,

I took delivery of a closet model 2 hour rated LEO this morning, but please allow me to digress a bit.

From my first contact with The Patriot Safe Company, you have shown me the best customer service and follow up of any company in any business, bar none. I believe it was less than 24 hours of me looking on your site just to check things out, that I received my first email follow up from Mike. Soon thereafter, Alice took up the banner and did everything within her power, and then some, to get me into the above mentioned safe. This was a process spanning several weeks and many emails with me dreaming of owning a safe that I could not afford.

Just to be clear. I shopped around the internet for many weeks, it seems it was probably several months. From everything that I read concerning all the other companies, their safety and fire ratings, and all that goes with the safes that were offered, I truly felt the Patriot Safe Company had the best product especially for the fire rating...(no other company that I found, rated their safes for 2 hours at 1880 degrees). The next closet was rated only at 1400 degrees, and it went down from there depending on the company. I just had to have one of these safes if I was to feel secure concerning the items I am to store in it. And I felt I couldn't afford one.

Your Great Customer Service that seems to exude from your entire company is just an awesome thing to behold, especially when I find myself on the receiving end. I don't know how Alice got it done, but she got me a safe that just squeaked by my budget. I have to say, I am not a sentimental person by a long way. but I NEEDED this safe, and when she made it happen for me, I got a little choked up. And that was before I even realized what I was getting. When I realized that she just got me a 2 hour rated LEO, (I needed this for my paperwork as well as my guns) WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES.. I really just about lost it. I thanked her sincerely and had to hang up.

And now, back to the present. I uncrated this safe and it is gorgeous. I am so totally blown away by this that I just had to write and express by joy and thanks for this beautiful safe. My wife wasn't exactly "excited" when I told her I was getting a safe. When she saw this for the first time, in the garage as I uncrated it, she too marveled at how beautiful it truly is. So much so that we moved things around and actually have it displayed in our Living/Dining room. She loves it. I'm just in awe.

When I get back on my feet financially, I will be back for a larger safe. You have a customer for life.

I had been looking for months, nearly years, and had never found anything I was willing to spend my money on. After researching for some time I was fortunate enough to have found your company. My wife was very hesitant at first about having a safe as a room decoration (she had convinced me into the closet safe so that it wouldnʼt be an eye sore), but when we saw them in the office she fell in love! We decided then to upgrade to a bigger size safe (the protector) because of how nice they were. These safes are actually beautiful pieces instead of a place to keep my guns. I got all of the incredible upgrades they offer and I am so glad I did. The delivery was right on time, just as scheduled. I would pay two times as much for this safe! Itʼs worth ten times as much! The security of this piece cannot be beat. Having to use a combination and a key is such a valuable feature, I am so satisfied!

I shopped around for months and one day found Patriot safes on the web. I couldn’t believe what I was reading…fire ratings better than anything else I was finding on the market AND FREE SHIPPING! The quality of construction shows in every detail. I want to take some time, and thank everyone at Patriot Safe. I cannot begin to describe just how satisfied and impressed I am with my new gun safe. Mike Proctor was extremely helpful, and his customer service is top notch. The safe I purchased was a retirement gift for myself. I spent 3yrs in the Active Army and 17yrs in the Wisconsin Army National Guard…between both, spanning 2 wars and 3 deployments. This safe is my not only my showcase, but it will protect not only memorabilia from my service, but also my weapons.

After getting it installed and everything put inside, I must have opened and locked that safe a dozen times! It is solid….just plain solid, and with all the extras (electronic keypad and blue lighting) along with the 2hr fire rating, I have no worries and am proud to own it.

I am writing this note to thank your company for doing an excellent job with my gun safe. I had a great experience from start to finish. I had seen the safe I wanted online and called to get more information. I was in contact with Brenda at the office. Brenda was very informative and very professional, you should be happy to have her as a employee. I ordered the safe on 10/14/08 and it was delivered on 10/21/2008. I had it quicker then I had anticipated. I received a call that I would be receiving the safe on Tuesday between 1:00 and 3:00. I was home at 1:00 and the safe showed up right at 1:00, I did not have to wait all day for the delivery. The driver was very professional and curtious. He had a pallet jack and wheeled it to the garage as I had requested with no questions. I have installed the safe in the location I had planned and I am extremely satisfied.

Before I purchased it, I did a major search in gun stores, safe stores, etc. Based on that, I started to formulate opinions. Based on what is currently out there on the market today, this safe is worth at least twice what I paid for it. Not only was she friendly, but she was extremely knowledgeable about he product and as a result, I increased my order to include the 3rd hinge and additional fire protection (and am I glad I did).

As a side note, I seem to be having problems getting the plastic battery cover to shut. I have taped it shut right now. I don’t know if I did something wrong or what. Can you help or can you point me to someone who could assist? Thanks in advance.

Just wanted to give you an “Atta-Boy” for the service I’ve received from your company. I’ve purchased many items, most at retail outlets (stores), but quite a bit also online. Most of the heartburn I have with purchases is the service provided by either the seller, or the producer of the products I’ve bought, and know what good customer service is supposed to be. I’ve not had any problems with your product, my Patriot Gun Safe, it’s tip-top, weighs a ton, and you’d need a good torch to get through that door. Nobody is going to get through your lock, that’s for certain. Why I’m writing is to commend you on the service I’ve received from your company.

Initially, after purchase, I misplaced one of the keys, the barrel key used to change combinations on the electronic lock. When I contacted your company to replace the key, I was given sage advice, but no replacement key. I didn’t understand at first; however, upon reflection, realized what you’d advised was the correct answer. Your knowledge in this area is, of course, much more vast than my own. Very recently I found the keys. They’d been placed in the silverware drawer for some reason, were under the tray, and located while I was looking for something else. Now, to change the combination.

Naturally, since we’d been moving into a new house, the instructions that came with the safe were also misplaced. So far, I’ve not been able to find my slippers, either. If you have the choice, don’t move! Anyway, needing a new set of instructions, I e-mailed your sales office for a replacement. Received the instructions within an hour. You guys do good work, and I thank you for the immediate response. I’d recommend your company to anyone looking for a good safe, and also because of your attention to detail. I received my new "Protector" model safe recently and wanted to let you how pleased I am with the safe and the purchase process. I researched safes both on-line and locally for about six weeks. I compared cabinet construction, locking hardware and warranties in my analysis. I looked at Fort Knox, Browning, Summit as well as many others and concluded that Patriot was by far the best buy. I have had my safe for about a month now and I am more impressed with it every day. Superb fit and finish, mechanisms work smoothly. Electronic lock is easy to set up and use.

Several of my friends that are in the market for a safe have looked at it and are very impressed with the quality and functionality, and when I tell them what I paid they are amazed. I think they will call you soon Andrew.

It was delivered by ACT AAA Cooper Transport (334-793-2284). The driver, Eric, put the exactly where I wanted and was great in every respect. It arrived without even a scratch on the shipping container and due to the protective packaging the safe arrived without flaw. I doubt I could have picked one up from a store and got it home in such pristine condition. I doubt I will ever need another gun safe, but if I do I will be getting it from you. Great customer service. Great product. Great price. Way less hassle than purchasing from a retail store and getting it home myself, plus I had my safe quicker than if I had purchased from a retail store (hard to believe).
