Once the safe has shipped you will be contacted by Liz Primrose the Shipping Manager via email or telephone with shipping information. The shipment takes about 5-7 business days to arrive at the destination terminal. If they are delivering to your residence the delivering terminal will call prior to delivery and make an appointment with you... if it's coming to your business look for delivery in 5-7 business days during normal business hours Monday through Friday and if you’re picking up your freight at the local dock the terminal will contact you when your freight is available for pickup... Patriot Safes are worth every penny!
  I want to take some time, and thank everyone at Patriot Safe. I cannot begin to describe just how satisfied and impressed I am with my new gun safe. Mike Proctor was extremely helpful, and his customer service is top notch. The safe I purchased was a retirement gift for myself. I spent 3yrs in the Active Army and 17yrs in the Wisconsin Army National Guard…between both, spanning 2 wars and 3 deployments. This safe is my not only my showcase, but it will protect not only memorabilia from my service, but also my weapons. After getting it installed and everything put inside, I must have opened and locked that safe a dozen times!
